1918. You are Major Henry Wells, a retired British military doctor called to command a field hospital and thrown into the nightmare of the First World War. Despite the lack of personnel and equipment, the hospital is the last hope for countless soldiers on the French front. Your main goals are to maintain the team's morale and strengthen the front with healed soldiers. To do this, you must manage a hospital to accommodate the many wounded that arrive after each battle. Accept the wounded, provide medical care as a priority and decide for yourself what to do with patients: treat them, perform surgery or abandon them to their fate... Resources are limited and needs are constantly growing... Learn to adapt to each situation, making morally difficult decisions .
