The game is set in a futuristic utopia world where peacekeeping forces seeking to stop the civil war. Because of the betrayal of two soldiers of the detachment commanders "Dead Echo" are marginalized. Former mercenaries Grayson Hunt and Ishi Sato are transformed into space pirates, but in this case they did not get lucky. Capturing the "Odyssey", a warship of his former commander, Grayson and Sato can not cope alone with him and decided to avenge even a traitor, sent this edifice on the planet.

Miraculously surviving a crash landing, Grayson and Ishi find themselves surrounded by hordes of mutants and cannibals.
